Faroe Films is owned and operated by Louis James Iocca, a videographer/photographer and video editor. He handles everything from long-form documentaries to event photography. Typically he is working with Fortune 500 companies to create marketing videos. That said: if you need a few dozen photos of your next corporate gathering, he is more than happy to oblige.
Lou has worked as a video editor for CBS News and Time Inc., and as a video editor and associate producer for News Corp.
Before working in news, he edited for the Maury show and the Rachel Ray show.
Before those shows, he worked as a video editor for Sesame Street.
And before that, Lou worked as a video editor on just about everything else in the industry: independent feature films, feature-length documentaries, music videos, commercials, industrials, sizzle reels, VNRs, and EPKs.
Other video editing credits include: AfterTrek, Mansion Global, VH-1 Live, MTV Total Request Live, and MTV 120 Minutes.
Lou is proud to have won an Emmy award along with the entire video editing team for his work on Sesame Street.
He is also a proud graduate of Hofstra University.
